As we continue to grow, we are seeking a passionate and results-driven individual to join our team as a Client Success Specialist. This role is integral to our customer-centric approach, focusing on building and maintaining strong relationships with our existing client base.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or a related field.
  • Self-motivated and confident working independently.
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Organized and good at follow through.
  • 2 plus years of experience preferred.

This role is full time, in person at our office and at client properties, M-F.
