What You’ll Do
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients by phone and email.
Schedule and confirm service appointments.
Coordinate daily and weekly schedules for field technicians.
Update job details in our scheduling and database systems.
Follow up with clients regarding service reminders, rescheduling, and updates.
Assist with light administrative tasks as needed.
