Customer Success Specialist

Surface Solutions is a dynamic and innovative exterior services company committed to delivering “Worry Free” solutions and services to our valued customers.  As we continue to grow, we are seeking a passionate and results-driven individual to join our team as a Customer Success Specialist.  This role is integral to our customer-centric approach, focusing on building and maintaining strong relationships with our existing client base.

1.  Customer Care Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing customers.
  • Understand customer needs and proactively address any issues or concerns to ensure satisfaction.
  • Work with our custom database to ensure information is current and help create and refine new and existing programs.

2.  Sales and Revenue Growth:

  • Revise and use our customer contact plan to meet with all customers at least twice a year.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities withing the current customer base.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue growth through existing accounts.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.

3.  Product Knowledge:

  •  Develope a deep understanding of our product and services offerings to effectively communicate their value to customers.
  • Educate Customers on new features and offerings that align with their business goals.

4.  Customer Feedback and Insights:

  • Gather customer feedback to provide valuable insights to the product and marketing teams.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, helping to shape product development and service improvements.

5.  Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Operations and Service.

6.  Marketing:

  • Develop and follow marketing calendar.
  • Manage Social Media accounts and post at least weekly.
  • Manage Website and update in conjunction with Social Media account updates.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • 2 plus years of experience preferred.
