We are looking for dependable workers to join our team and learn a trade!

For everyone’s safety we do have pre-employment and random drug testing.

Full time work, Monday – Friday, 7 am – 3 pm.

All positions require that employees meet at job-sites all over the greater Austin area and all applicants must have a valid driver’s license and their own transportation (car, truck or van).

Starting pay is $20 per hour for applicants without any experience. Hourly increases with experience and significant bonus potential!

All applicants must be capable of and interested in all of the following possible responsibilities:

High Rise/Commercial Window Cleaning – work will involve climbing ladders and high rise work

Caulking/Waterproofing – work will involve climbing ladders and high rise work

Pressure Washing – work will involve climbing ladders.

Are you tough enough to do this job?

Must Have some type of Experience with Heights! Could be rock climbing or rappelling, working on ladders, tree climbing, etc.

We are looking for people who are detail oriented with professional appearance and good communication skills.

Must be at least 18 years old, be able to lift and carry 50 pounds repetitively, ability to bend, kneel, stoop and climb often.

Must be comfortable working at heights and must have experiences with heights that indicates that comfort.

Must be well groomed, courteous and respectful to customer and fellow employees.

Must be dependable and capable of working unsupervised.
